Definition: The Mode Bar is a vertical window located on the left hand side of the interface and contains selectable icons for the different operating mode choices.
How to: activate/deactivate Mode Bar:
| • | Click on View (located in the Menu Bar at the top of the screen) |
| • | Toggle Mode Bar On / Off by clicking (Default: On) |
Note: The Mode Bar can be hidden by clicking the "X" at the top. It can be shown again by clicking the View menu item and then Mode Bar
Note: When Mode Bar is activated, the active mode will be outlined in blue
Activate Mode Bar when:
You need to quickly and easily switch between different operating modes (ex. Switch from calibrating a table to charting the data).
