Definition: The Gauge Indicator is the needle or bar on the gauge that points to a value.
How to: Set Gauge Indicator Properties:
| • | Click on the Indicator Tab |
| • | Use pull down menus to designate indicator colors |
| • | Type value in damping factor box |

Indicator Color
Definition: The Indicator Color is the fill color of the needle or bar on the gauge that points to a value.
Note: Default is RED fill in indicator
Indicator Background Color
Definition: The Indicator Background Color is the fill color on a bar graph, opposite of the indicator.
Note: Default is GRAY fill for the indicator background color
Damping Factor
Definition: The damping factor is a value that sets how much the indicator reacts to fluctuations in gauge values.
Note: Default is value is zero, values must be 0-100%
Example: Damping factor of 0% would mean the indicator will be most responsive to any fluctuations. Damping factor of 100% would mean that the gauge would only capture large fluctuations.
